In this session, Katrin Windsor will describe how meaningful coincidences arise during life transitions, such as changing jobs, moving, births, deaths, or other major life change events. These events often come with periods of very strong emotions and doing things in new ways, outside of familiar habits or patterns, which are factors linked to increased amounts of coincidence, synchronicity and serendipity. Kat will share stories from her own life, as well as from the lives of many people she has worked with as a Leadership and Transition Coach.

We’ll explore questions such as: how can we increase our awareness of these events? How can we leverage them in ways that are empowering to us? Attendees are encouraged to come with their own stories and questions, for a lively discussion throughout the session.

Katrin Windsor is the Co-Founder of LeadersInTransitions.com, a project dedicated to helping people navigate times of change, faster and with more clarity than if they did it on their own. Katrin is a long-time professional coach who has helped hundreds of leaders and teams embrace and grow through change and transitions. Katrin is fluent in 5 languages, lived in 5 countries and has coached clients in over 40 countries.

She is fascinated by how people deal with adversity and change, and blown away by how often, synchronicities show up to support them in powerful ways. Life full of transitions. Transitions are full of gifts and opportunities. Often these gifts show up as unexpected coincidences and synchronicities.
