Amazing Airport Kindness

I was returning home from a business trip late one night and had parked in satellite parking at Dulles, where there were acres of cars. At the airport, I started talking with a couple who said they had no idea where their car was, noting how late in the evening it was.

I was alone, so they said, “We’re going to make sure you get to your car safely, then we’ll look for our car.” I thought that was sweet of them and was thinking I could help them as well.

After we got off the bus and found my car, the man began saying, “Oh my God!” I asked if something was wrong. He shook his head and pointed. Their car was touching my car, hood to hood.

I had actually led them to their car. We were all stunned with no words to express the magnitude of the coincidence.
