I’m a realtor and had just celebrated the purchase of a new home in the East Bay with my clients. A week later, I went to see a friend who was working in a mall about 10 miles away, in a town I hadn’t visited for at least 10 years.
I circled around looking for parking, then parked in the parking garage. I stopped to take a photo of my car’s location, then walked toward the elevator. Sensing someone behind me, I turned. I started to turn forward again but thought the person’s hair looked a little familiar.
So I turned again. It was my client, who had come to town to do something at a bank related to their home purchase.
He never goes to that town.
I never go to that town.
And in that split second, there we both were. When we went to a store to surprise his partner, boy, was she shocked to see me.
The funny thing is, the way they found the house they bought involved a lot of synchronicity, too!
We invite you to join our global community by sharing your own story of a meaningful coincidence. It could be wondrous, funny, curious, unexplained, deeply profound, or anything in between!
