When One Door Closed, Another Opened
Despite a frozen housing market, after six months of uncertainty I finally sold my apartment. Just two hours after signing the contract, an email arrived: the new housing development I had bought into would officially break ground the following month.
For nine long months the project had hovered on the edge of cancellation, while similar developments across the country were being abandoned one by one.
The moment one chapter closed, the next one suddenly, unmistakably, began.
